School Leader Wellbeing Survey

This anonymous survey is completed online. Following completion of the survey, schools or organisations receive a report containing a full analysis of the data and making recommendations at the school or organisational level.

Abstract

While many schools implement a staff wellbeing survey, questions are rarely tailored to the specific needs of school leaders. School Leader Wellbeing Insights is a new, unique and comprehensive survey designed to collect data on the wellbeing of leaders across a school or organisation.

Overview

Questions focus on the following

• School Leader Experiences - gathering data on the day to day work and experience of leaders, including workload and work-life balance
• Workplace Culture - relating to the wider culture of the workplace, leaders sense of belonging, the quality relationships, recognition and appreciation and collaboration
• Mental Health Awareness and Support - looking at the support structures in place both inside and outside of school
