Workplace Culture Survey
Workplace Culture Survey
The quality of the workplace culture is key in maximising wellbeing for leaders and staff. Recent data shows that a high percentage of staff in schools worldwide feel the culture of the school has a negative impact on their wellbeing.
Abstract
The survey can be comprised of between 25 and 75 questions. Sample questions are provided for schools to choose from and questions can also be tailored to a school's needs. The survey is completed online and a report is generated, identifying areas of strength and areas for consideration. Comprehensive recommendations can be included as part of the package to inform the school’s priorities and planning.
Overview
The survey can cover a range of areas to gain insights into areas that are often not included in a standard staff wellbeing survey. These include:
- A sense of belonging to the team and to the school
- The quality of collegial relationships
- Recognition and appreciation
- Levels of trust between leadership and staff
- Psychological safety in the workplace
- Staff voice, collaboration and involvement in the decision-making process
